This project for CPS Energy involves conducting environmental compliance and permit management business analysis and implementing a customized Enviance compliance management software system. The compliance software system will be used for tracking air and water permit requirements while assuring compliance through risk mitigation and knowledge management.
The benefits of implementing the management system include: consolidation of permitting requirements; automation of compliance notifications; improved customer service; seamless agency reporting; document management; paperwork reduction; and streamlined data entry to improve consistency and data integrity.
PBS&J will accomplish the objectives of the project by capturing the client’s needs and requirements through workshops and documentation review; analyzing general requirements of CPS Energy’s program to configure the management system; obtaining consensus of the client on the application design; and empowering the users of the system through training for self-sustainability. |
