Through the years, as PBS&J has grown from a prominent Florida-based corporation to a firm of national standing, one of the things that has remained constant is our commitment to the communities in which we live and work. From Tampa to Beltsville and from Encinitas to Birmingham, PBS&J’s team is energized by the role we play in improving the quality of life no matter where we call “home.” This passion for service is a hallmark of PBS&J’s corporate culture, and it is a continuous thread that both connects PBS&J team members with the community and weaves the fabric of our organization.

Challenged to personally invest in our communities by our corporate mission statement, PBS&J team members can be found coaching little league teams and mentoring high school students. You’ll find us alongside you at river and roadside cleanups and working with the disabled. No matter where you find a PBS&J office, our team members will be hard at work in the community, giving back and being enriched by the experience.
