The Heritage at Roswell is a 72-acre mixed-use development, located in the historic “Planned Village District” of Roswell, Georgia. Less than four miles from GA 400 and with easy access to all of Atlanta, this master planned community incorporates over 430 townhomes, neighborhood commercial and office uses. PBS&J provided full service master planning, surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, site layout, and platting. In addition to the residential and commercial centers, the master plan organized the proposed development around a number of planned neighborhood parks and a central amenity area that is located to provide access to over 20 acres of preserved greenway. The recreational opportunities throughout the community are linked by over five miles of proposed sidewalks and trails. Planned and designed to blend with the natural beauty and tranquility of the surrounding environs, the development retains an existing private lake. In addition to historic architectural style that is displayed in the various homes, the combination of residential space over retail and office use provides for a unique environment to live and work.
