PBS&J provided master planning services to Craft Development, LLC for a 1,200-acre property located along Fishing Creek Lake in Lancaster County, South Carolina.

The Edgewater Master Plan includes single-family residential homesites, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian village, a school, a town center, commercial/office space, a 200-slip marina, various types of parks and open space, trails and themed streetscape design.

The master plan was carefully developed along with extensive field review to assure that the site’s topography and natural beauty was used to its full advantage.
